Manageworks provides a repair shop management platform that helps businesses manage job orders, inventory, customer data, and B2B partner transactions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes
• Do not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Do not upload false, misleading, or illegal data
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

• You are responsible for all data entered into the system
• Ensure customer data is collected and used legally
• Maintain backup of critical business data if required
• We are not liable for loss caused by incorrect data entry

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• We are not responsible for payment gateway failures
• All transaction disputes must be handled between involved parties
• Applicable charges and fees will be clearly communicated

• You may interact with partner shops through the platform
• You are responsible for agreements made with partners
• We do not guarantee partner reliability or performance
• Disputes between partners must be resolved independently

Your use of Manageworks is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked
• Certain data may be retained for legal compliance

Manageworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
